For The Sunday Whirl Poetry Prompt: Wordle #92
Why of Remembering
Memories, like invisible sticky filaments,
move through thin air, digging under
skin, and crawling into every cell
of bone and being.
At moments, charging forward,
knocking one to knees, or dropping
pearls of bright white linen-like
Some should be made to wear beware
signs (if you’re smart, don’t open),
while others are genuine gifts
that plead, call us to create art
from our memories.
