Wordle Wind

Try to bend my way with whatever
wind is passing through these parts,
straightening my sails while keeping
an eye on the water line.

Wasn’t always the case. Limited
by small grain of understanding,
had to completely switch lanes
to sound of soughing exasperation.

Finally learned to look east, toward
rising sun. To remember that each
morning is a new beginning and I
will find whatever I need within it.

    Somehow this reminds me of a poem that should have been included in “Chocolate” by Joanne Harris … the wind that calls and brings change …. loved it.

    Every morning gives us a second chance. Far better to look forward, than back on safe stagnation.

    I really like the idea of acceptance that comes across at the end: knowing that you will find whatever you need (not necessarily what you want, but what you need) with each rising sun;
