Liquid Gold
Kaleidoscope Image

Have seen it
three, maybe four times:
river bathed by sunset,
liquid gold flowing,
enriching
all it touches.

Each time,
reminded
of human soul,
flowing around and through
spirit, mind,
and heart.
Taking part
in every moment,
bringing enlightenment,
constant movement
of becoming.

One of the greatest joys was to see the sunset in Maui – though it was quick. The ocean gleaming. I’ve seen my little creek as you have seen your river. When the angle of the light is right all the dinginess vanishes and I get to see the treasure beneath the surface… magical moments.

Thanks for your visit. We have a local company that packages honey called (for perhaps the Pennsylvania Dutch/ Amish…) Dutch Gold. Perhaps that had some influence for me?

I so love that golden light, and love also your reflective poem that reminds me of it………..love the “constant movement of becoming”. Beautiful, my friend.
